This Privacy Policy explains how Renderal Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the RoomyType Chrome extension and website (the "Service").

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (managed by Supabase Auth). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile information from Google.

Subscription information: We store your subscription status, plan type, and billing period. Payment details (credit card numbers, billing address) are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Usage data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to improve the Service, such as which features are used most frequently. We do not track or store the content you write in the RoomyType editor.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not read, store, or transmit the text you write in the RoomyType panel.
We do not collect browsing history or activity on AI chat websites.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Service, including verifying your subscription status.
To communicate with you about your account, billing, and Service updates.
To respond to support requests.
To improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Authentication tokens are stored securely in your browser's extension storage. All communication between the extension, website, and our servers uses HTTPS encryption.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
